Covid Services at Fairhaven Crossing
The Holidays were very different this year due to the pandemic. Residents were able to celebrate the holidays in a safe environment. The Social Service Coordinator provided each resident with a small holiday gift bag and gift cards. Resident enjoyed participating in Fairhaven’s Door holiday decorating contest. Residents decorated with their families and made it fun and worked together with one another. Winners were provided prizes and gift baskets. The Social Service Coordinator learned that some families needed assistance for the holidays, she connected with Toys for Tots and Libertyville Township to help assist residents that are in need. Social Service Coordinator requested toys for families through Toys for Tots Lake County. They provided a gift/ grab bag gift/ and a book for each child on the list. Families were grateful and appreciated all the help.
